ReplyDeleteAlso, haven't read it yet but this summary reminds me of the korean drama Mary Stayed Out All Night aka Marry Me, Mary! However, this would be the other side of the story, that is, if the main character, Mae-ri just agreed to her arranged marriage instead of defying it.

ReplyDeleteI've read that Hwang Mi Ri is actually a group of writers, not an individual, which might account for some disjointedness in the writing if, for example, someone became sick and another writer stepped in. I've noticed that all the characters fit within a fairly narrow perspective artistically speaking.
